Anaka Tribe is a new Carnival band launching for Sint Maarten Carnival 2026. It processes everything on a fondation/ non-profitable organization base.

Havin said that any contract made between a "client" and the fondation is based upon trust but also obligation of result. This means the client is obligated to pay the service it is contracting in full and respect the mentioned deadlines ( which will be announced on social medias and website, and through direct communication such as email campaigns and text reminders). The fondation also has an obligation of delivering the service the "client" has paid for (costumes, service on the road and anything else mentioned at the time of contract). 

As a client, your Pre-Registration or registration forms serves as a contract as it is inducted between two distinguish parties (client and fondation). Please be sure to read all legal terms and requirements. Feel free to ask us questions directly by email at anakatribe@gmail.com
