As a fondation operating during a time of celebration, you will be exposed to medias and private footage from by-standers. While we can accommodate for you to not be showcased by our Media Team, please understand that Sint Maarten Carnival drags thousand of people coming to look at the Parades on the side lines, we cannot be hold responsible of any footage from by-standers or other media teams not hired by us.

Your personal informations are only being hold on our personal files and are not being passed on to any third party organizations. We believe in keeping you safe at all times and that also includes your registration, payments, or any concerns or questions you could have. Our team works as one, and files are only kept in 1 place to avoid any leak of information.
